CarePoint Free Mobile Health Clinic will be parked at the Snoqualmie Valley Healing Center on April 22, 2025 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Be seen by their medical staff for any concerns such as: Cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, women’s health, illness or just because you haven’t been seen before.
